Gravity functions as a force that requires effort or work to move in the direction opposite of the gravitational force. Gravity is what makes us lose our breath climbing a hill. Gravity makes our cars use up more gas to go up in incline. Gravity makes the space shuttle expend thousands of gallons of rocket fuel to espace the atmosphere. Gravity makes it hard to put heavy things up on top shelves. In each example, we start with the low and move to high, relatively. In our lowest parts of life, sometimes it just takes mighty work against the gravity of distractions, sins, habits, and stresses to bring ourselves back uphill. As also shown in each example, it requires a use of energy so that each entity that expends that energy does not have anything overflowing. Once on the top of a hill or in space, suddenly we have energy that we can use for whatever purposes we desire. It is good to now be in a time like this. I look forward to sharing some of my energy in the medium of this blog.
