First Day of Ultimate: U-Day

Yeah… so… let’s just say, Ultimate Frisbee kicked my ass. There are two major factors involved in this.

League players are INTENSE… in every meaning of the word intense.  They have all been playing for years.  They all are excellent at what they do.  They are all in shape
