Something that pays well and is flexible, but not too taxing mentally/creatively/schedule-wise. That way you could put more into composing, arranging, rehearsing and performing. The other options will all be there when you get back. I'd go with the top three or four that you can sincerely say you're passionate about, or have a good amount of energy and talent to pursue.
